Shipping Damages & Insurance

We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping options and inspecting goods immediately upon arrival.

  • If the goods arrive damaged, inform both OrgoNuts Global and the shipping company immediately.
  • File a claim with courier/shipping agents (we will assist if needed).
  • We are not responsible for damage occurring after goods leave our facility unless insurance was arranged through us.

🔹 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, unless dispatch or production has already begun.
  • Custom or bulk orders cannot be cancelled after processing begins.
  • Any cancellation beyond this window may incur restocking or service charges (up to 30%).

🔹Force Majeure

Returns and refunds cannot be claimed for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, port closures, strikes, wars, or political instability.
