Refund and Returns Policy

At Keshav Enterpreses (OrgoNuts Global), we take great care in sourcing, processing, and shipping high-quality dry fruits, spices, and other agricultural products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, but due to the perishable nature and international handling of our goods, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
๐น 1. Eligibility for Returns
We do not accept returns unless the following conditions are met:
- The product is damaged in transit
- There is a quality defect or contamination
- The product delivered is incorrect or not as per the agreed Proforma Invoice / Purchase Order
To qualify, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting documentation (photos, videos, batch numbers).
๐น 2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality regulations, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened packages or partially used products
- Products that have passed their expiry date while in your storage
- Custom-labelled or private-label goods
- Items damaged due to improper storage by the buyer
- Samples provided for testing or evaluation
๐น 3. Return Process
If your shipment meets the eligibility conditions:
- Notify us via email at support@orgonutsglobal.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide clear evidence (photos/videos of outer packaging, label, and product defect).
- We may request samples or lab reports in some cases.
- Once validated, we will either:
- Arrange for replacement (subject to availability), or
- Approve a partial/full refund or credit note, depending on the issue.
Do not return goods without written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
๐น 4. Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10โ14 business days via the original payment method.
- Bank and forex charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In the case of bulk or container orders, refunds may be adjusted against future invoices.
- We may offer credit notes instead of refunds, especially for long-term clients or distributors.
๐น 5. Shipping Damages & Insurance
We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping options and inspecting goods immediately upon arrival.
- If the goods arrive damaged, inform both Keshav Enterpreses (OrgoNuts Global) and the shipping company immediately.
- File a claim with courier/shipping agents (we will assist if needed).
- We are not responsible for damage occurring after goods leave our facility unless insurance was arranged through us.
๐น 6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, unless dispatch or production has already begun.
- Custom or bulk orders cannot be cancelled after processing begins.
- Any cancellation beyond this window may incur restocking or service charges (up to 30%).
๐น 7. Force Majeure
Returns and refunds cannot be claimed for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, port closures, strikes, wars, or political instability.
